WHO EXPERIENCED PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD CRIMES?

This section examines the key characteristics of persons who experienced each of the crime types covered in this survey, such as age and sex, as well as the extent of multiple victimisation for selected crime types.

In addition, information is included on the key characteristics of the most recent incident experienced for each crime type, such as location and the relationship of the offender to the victim. As this information is only collected in relation to the most recent incident, the findings are not necessarily representative of all incidents experienced by the person (see Technical Note).
